Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll receive credit toward future billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

AIM (Aggregated Internet Measurement) Score is our proprietary 0-100 metric that combines download speed (40%), upload speed (20%), ping (25%), and jitter (15%) into one easy-to-understand number.

How do scheduled tests work?

Pro and Business can set Bolt Bunny to re-test automatically every 15 minutes to 6 hours from the dashboard, and each result is saved to your history. The test runs in your browser while a Bolt Bunny tab is open, because a speed test only measures your connection if it runs from your network.

What's included in white label?

Business plans can white label the dashboard: your own brand name, logo and accent color replace Bolt Bunny's.
